About Us
Ashley Guillemette, MPA
Ashley Guillemette has over 15 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, program development, and donor relations for non-profits and universities. She is passionate about creating meaningful impact through strategic storytelling and building strong relationships with funders.
Previously, Ashley served as Director of the Center for Financial Responsibility at Texas Tech University, where she managed multiple budgets, led external funding efforts, and expanded programs such as the Financial Planning Academy nationwide. She also directed the Family Impact Center at the University of Missouri, where she launched 11 new programs and managed fundraising initiatives, including organizing the center's first annual fundraising gala.
As the founder of Illuminate Philanthropic Solutions, Ashley collaborates with multiple non-profit organizations to identify funding opportunities, manage the grant application process, and develop targeted fundraising campaigns. Ashley’s comprehensive experience in program creation, grant management, marketing initiatives, and personnel management has empowered various organizations to achieve their goals and foster sustainable growth.
